Slow Responses but Delivery Came Through in the End
They solved the issue by sending a video confirmation of the car’s condition, but it would’ve been better not to have to follow up. Three stars for communication, but thanks for the delivery.
I waited a long time for a response to my request, which was a bit frustrating. The manager didn’t provide shipping details right away, so I had to call a couple of times to get the tracking information. Later, I found out that only one photo was taken before loading.
